When we started cardiology 50 years back, it was only with a stethoscope, BP instrument and an ECG machine. I have covered a lot in my professional journey, but missed the chance of putting a catheter in the heart. In a way, it was good because OMT (Optimal Medical Treatment) is coming back with full force everywhere, even in developed countries, and non-invasive cardiologists are at the forefront.
